Opportunities -Terms of use

  1. The Opportunities Board on Vibrnz is a facilitator that brings together users who are seeking opportunities and users who have a requirement related but not limited to jobs, performances volunteering etc. in the creative arts space. Vibrnz also helps opportunity seekers to easily find opportunities such as scholarships, awards, grants etc. in creative arts. Vibrnz is not directly involved in any transaction between the seeker and the provider of opportunities. Vibrnz only provides the means for posting requirements for opportunities in the creative arts space that Vibrnz members can take advantage of.
  2. Vibrnz does not make any representations regarding the fit for use or quality of the opportunities listed anywhere on Vibrnz. Hence both the seeker and the opportunity provider indemnify Vibrnz from any direct or indirect liabilities.
  3. Because the company is not involved in user-to-user dealings and does not control the behavior of users, users must resolve any issues, disputes or concerns directly with each other, including any issues regarding payments to a Service Member or services received by a Client Member.
  4. Vibrnz allows its members to post opportunities based on their job requirement for which they should fill up the “Opportunity form” on the Vibrnz platform with all the details as required by the document including the title, skills required, terms and any other details as needed to describe the opportunity.
  5. Vibrnz members using the Opportunities Board must abide by the company’s Terms And Conditions and the Privacy Policy .
  6. A member posting an opportunity on Vibrnz should specify terms that must not contradict the company’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Vibrnz reserves the right to modify any unreasonable terms at its discretion.
  7. Vibrnz messaging or chat services should not be used to demonstrate or discuss any disputes. Any disputes regarding the opportunity requirements or terms will need to be handled between provider and the seeker and should be communicated outside of Vibrnz.
  8. Opportunities posted on Vibrnz are subject to constant review. If the company at any point determines that the opportunity seeker or provider has indulged in any unlawful activity, or the opportunity posted violates the Vibrnz Opportunity terms, the company has the right remove the opportunity post from Vibrnz.
  9. Only one listing may be posted for each opportunity.
  10. Opportunities can be posted or applied for only by registered Vibrnz users.
