We do not charge anything - no annual fees, no set up charges or no other hidden fees. You can organize your fundraising campaigns and events on Vibrnz for free. Just create, publish and you are good to go!
There is a small service fee that is charged to the donor or the ticket buyer. However, the organizer has the option to absorb the fees. The service fee includes the payment processing fees and the platform fees.
Stripe: We use Stripe to securely process payments on our platform. Their fee is 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction. They do offer a discounted fee of 2.2% plus $0.30 for verified 501(c) 3 non-profits.
Platform fees: We charge a small fee of 1% plus $0.55 per transaction/and ticket sold. This helps us run the platform smoothly so you can benefit from it. We offer a discounted fee for non-profits as verified by Stripe.
