Welcome to this special edition of "A Hundred Million Miracles" with Ms. Eileen! In this session, Ms. Eileen has a special guest Elena Torsiello. Elena is an author, speaker, teacher and entrepreneur. Elena has over 30 years of teaching experience with students of all ages and backgrounds.
After receiving a diagnosis of Celiac Disease, Elena Torsiello decided to share what she learnt to help others avoid the years of suffering that she had endured. When she decided to write a story about her experience with celiac sprue disease, she had a thought... she might create a little story book for children, to help them cope with their illness. One day she did. Ms. Eileen, her very good friend, offered to help Elena edit and illustrate the book.
