first panel discussion with parents about their perspective about the value of extra curricular activities.
Kids are involved in multiple activities outside of school. Sports, music, dance, etc. These activities definitely add value in building the personality. But based on parent survey, at times kids come under pressure with so much to do and achieve. What is a good balance? Is it worth the time, and effort that goes into developing the skills? How to decide what activities to get into, how do parents decide??
