Awareness of mental health is extremely important. Almost half the young generation across the globe are experiencing mental health problems like depression, anxiety, peer pressure, poor self esteem and so on. We acknowledge this issue.
May being the month of mental health awareness, we are bringing to you a series of conversations with people who have personally faced these issues. We have also shared views of music and art therapists who play an important role in dealing with mental health issues.
Our final guest of the series is Tracey DuEst, Associate Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Xavier University, Cincinnati, OH. Tracey has shared her personal story in this video and talked about some of the resources available for those facing mental health issues. It is admirable to know how she faced the challenges in her life and eventually moved on to inspire others.
