Awareness of mental health is extremely important. Almost half the young generation across the globe are experiencing mental health problems like depression, anxiety, peer pressure, poor self esteem and so on. We acknowledge this issue.
May being the month of mental health awareness, we are bringing to you a series of conversations with people who have personally faced these issues. We are also sharing views of music and art therapists who play an important role in dealing with mental health issues.
Our guest is
Ninalynn Wagner, art therapist and counselor. She earned a Masters in Art Therapy/Counseling from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven ,Connecticut . Her clinical experience includes working with a range of individuals including adults, in hospital and private practice settings. She has worked with people who struggle with debilitating anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD.
