Awareness of mental health is extremely important. Almost half the young generation across the globe are experiencing mental health problems like depression, anxiety, peer pressure, poor self esteem and so on. We acknowledge this issue.
May being the month of mental health awareness,
we are bringing to you a series of conversations with people who have personally faced these issues. We will also share some views of music and art therapists who play an important role in dealing with mental health issues.
