Week 1: Introduction: Elaborate the concept of Ancient Wisdom. Understand Ancient Wisdom and Knowledge; define Ancient Wisdom; Relation to Knowledge. Difference between Wisdom and Knowledge
Week 2: Embracing: Source for Yoga, Pranayama, Ayurveda, Vegetarian, Science, Food, and Music; Effects of Music on Energy Field and Spiritual Growth. Pranayama is a Yogic art of breathing
Week 3: Deep Understanding: Man has sought this and communicated and expressed this in the form of monuments, rituals, paintings, guidelines, music, and medicine. These were passed from generation to generation through the ancient benefactors to beneficiaries. Ancient wisdom is not outdated. This governs the world and cannot change. Wisdom is enhanced by knowledge and ability to use in a practical and productive.
Week 4: Experiencing the Power of Music and Yoga: Connections to Chakras Healings and their properties. Yoga is a tool to resolve mental and physical problems. Music as a therapy.

Hasu Patel is a Composer, Performer and Educator of Music of India. She is the Founder/Director of Sursangam School of Music. She has taught Sitar, Tabla and Vocal music at Oberlin College of Ohio for more than 20+ years and at her school for more than 35+ years. She has composed Sitar Concertos for Western Orchestras and played live with them. With her personal life journey, she has developed her inner connection with Yoga
world. She teaches music at many Yoga Ashrams and Centers around the world. Since her childhood, she relates to meditation and Yoga Asanas. She has designed programming for youth and adults using music and meditation to connect with the healing effects of Body and mind.
