About Ms. Eileen
She is an art teacher with over 20 years of experience. Pre- COVID she taught in small groups to a total of 25 to 35 students per week . The average age group of her students has been 6-12 yr olds. Her style is very freeform and she doesn't limit herself to standard conventional art. One of her core strengths is that she is able to easily relay her artistic thoughts and ideas directly to the children. Her passion and creativity flows from her experience and the artist in her is constantly inspired by various themes that surround her (Nature , Seasons, Holidays etc.).

ABOUT THE CLASSES
Classes will be held weekly on Wednesdays starting on July 7th and ending on July 28th.
Week 1: Seashell World
Let me show you how to capture the beauty and shapes of the world of shells. There are many varieties. Using charcoal to shade and shadow the crevices on the surface
Supplies: #2 pencils with eraser caps, drawing paper, scrap paper, charcoal, Q-tips and paper towels.

Week 2: Time For Dolphins
Dolphins live in a world full of wonder. These creatures are graceful and challenging to capture. I will show you the best methods to help you learn how to draw these incredible mammals.
Supplies: #2 pencils with eraser caps, drawing paper, scrap paper, 12” ruler, color pencils.

Week 3: Ink The Landscape
Using nature as a landscape backdrop, I will show many elements of decorative design patterns. Using a liquid rolling pen for minute detail. There are so many techniques to share.

Week 4: Ariel the Mermaid
The little mermaid under the sea. She’s magical and loves the ocean. She’s a portrait face with a beautiful fish tail.
