Registration fees

Solo: $15 per entry
Group: $5 per member for group entries (Total group fees capped at $30)

Scoring

Scores given on a scale of 1 to 10 for each of the 5 judging criteria. Total score is the sum of judge's points and bonus points.
Rankings given based on the total scores.
Minimum threshold for ranking: 35 points (50 max) for solo and 45 points (60 max) for group entries.
Re-register to improve your score and ranking - Same fees is applicable for re-registering.

Bonus points

Submit an additional original or an "out of the box" creative work or composition
An extra point for every additional month on the Leader board. Bonus point allotted if you submit your entry by the 7th of the month.

Rules, Terms and Judging Criteria

Registration

Registration begins on the 1st and closes at 12 midnight on the 22nd of each month .
For all online registrations, a transaction fee will be added at the time of checkout.
Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Once you submit your registration, your video or image will be sent to the judges for evaluation. We typically give our judges 3-4 days. Once we hear back from them, we will email you their feedback along with the leaderboard link where you can view your ranking
Proof of Age: Please ensure that you follow the age requirements for each age group. We will randomly reach out to the contestants to submit their proof of age. Cut off date for age requirement is March 1.

Voice: Technical soundness, Rhythm, Diction/Enunciation, Expression, Presentation
Instrumental: Technical Soundness, Rhythm, Preparedness, Dynamics, Presentation
Dance: Technique, Choreography, Execution. Expression , Presentation
Painting: Theme clarity, Technique, Presentation, Creativity, Artistic impression
Drawing: Theme clarity, Technique, Presentation, Creativity, Artistic impression
For Group performances: Additional criteria of Group dynamics

Video submission guidelines for Voice, Instrumental and Dance

Submit your performance video using You Tube links**. Please ensure that your performance is captured within the first 3-4 mins of the video. The judges will not evaluate your performance beyond that.
Your video cannot be over 1 year old. It has to reflect your current skill level.
You Tube Videos should show you and your performance very clearly. Any poor recordings with improper light or sound will be disqualified.
Ensure you are appropriately dressed in the video.
Group or solo, please ensure that the video is the best representation of your talent.

Painting and Drawing submission guidelines. Theme is "Feelings".

Submit your original work online by uploading images (min 1, max 2)
Ensure that the images you upload are of good quality and resolution or else the judges might disqualify the entry.
Ensure your name is signed on the painting.
Ensure your entry is in line with the theme.

General Terms

The applicant submitting this form is 18 years of age or older and competent to contract in his or her own name/or the parent or legal guardian of the participant under 18 years of age.
Organizers have the right to refuse participation to any participant for not following the rules of the competition or for limiting the number of registrations.
We will need to cap the number of entries in a month. Any entries over our cap will be moved to the following month.
Judge’s decision is FINAL at any level of the competition
All decisions relating to the event are final.
In the event of any question or matter that arises at any point which is not expressly provided for in the rules, the organizers shall exercise their authority at their own discretion.
No inappropriate content at any stage of the event.
Age appropriateness- Please ensure any performance you choose is age appropriate. Email or call if you are not sure of your selection.
Strict action will be taken for any misconduct or misrepresentation of work that you submit online or present live.
The organizers have the right to change rules of the event at any point.
Indemnification by Applicant/participant: By entering the event, the applicant releases and holds the event organizers harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the entrant or any other person, including personal injury, death or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any award, participation in the event, any breach of any event rules or in any award-related activity. The participant agrees to fully indemnify, without limitation, the event organizers from any and all claims by third parties relating to the event.
Privacy/Use of Personal Information : As a condition of entry, all applicants grant the event organizers the right to: a) Use his or her personal information for the purpose of administering the event; b) Use his or her name, photograph, video and audio recordings, voice, prize information and/or biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation.
Updates and Promotional material: By registering for the event, you agree to receive event updates, promotional material or any other information related to the organizer or any future events.
Limitation of Liability: The event organizers assume no responsibility or liability for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, notifications, responses, replies, release, any defective application form or any computer, online, telephone, hardware, software or technical malfunctions that may occur, including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non-transmission of an audition materials and application form. The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to its website, rules, policies, and regulations at any time without notice
