As you know, Chinmaya Mission Los Angeles is organizing the Sri Hanuman Chalisa Samashti Havan, a signature event of Chinmaya Amrit Mahotsav celebrating 75 years of Chinmaya Mission, on Saturday, September 5th, at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir.
We look forward to your participation and support in making this sacred event a grand success.
As a currently registered Chinmaya Mission Los Angeles (CMLA) Bala Vihar parent, your family is entitled to complimentary ticket(s) for participation in the Havan based on the number of registered Bala Vihar children:

One child registered in Bala Vihar → Up to three complimentary tickets

Two children registered in Bala Vihar → Up to four complimentary tickets

Three children registered in Bala Vihar → Up to five complimentary tickets
CMLA will be using the Vibrnz platform for event registration, paid ticket purchases, and Havan sponsorships.
As part of the registration process, all current Bala Vihar parents are required to complete membership verification to confirm their eligibility for complimentary tickets.
To complete membership verification, you will need:
- The Primary Email used for Bala Vihar registration and your BV Family ID, both included in the membership confirmation email sent at the time of registration last year (from Info@chinmayala.com)
Step-by-Step Registration Instructions
Step 2:
Click on “Buy Tickets” green button
Step 3:
Click on “Click here if you are a member” purple button. Click on “Member ID” option to complete membership verification:
- Primary Email used for Bala Vihar registration
- BV Family ID
Once verified, discount for your eligible complimentary ticket will be applied when you select tickets and will appear in Order Summary.
Step 4:
Click on “Choose time slot from drop down” red drop-down menu and select the time slot.
Note: Eight time slots are available for selection. Each time slot has limited number of seats available. Please arrive 45 minutes prior to the start time to account for parking, checking in and walking over to the Havan area.
Step 5:
Select the number of tickets. Click “Next”
Note: discount for eligible complimentary ticket is applied based on number of registered children in Bala Vihar. Tickets exceeding the eligible complimentary limit will be charged based on general admission ticket price.
Step 6:
If you wish, you may choose from the available Havan sponsorship opportunities or make a donation in support of CMLA. Review Order Summary and click “Next” purple button at the bottom of the page.
Step 7:
Confirm Event Time Slot in the popup box and click Submit.
Step 8:
Select names of the additional participants from the drop down. Names of Spouse and BV registered kid(s) will appear in the drop down to select from.
Click “Submit”
Step 9:
Proceed to payment (if purchasing additional tickets or sponsorships) by clicking PayPal.
Step 10:
Log in to your PayPal account or choose to pay using a credit/debit card. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete payment.
Step 11:
Upon successful registration/payment, click “Click for event details” to view your ticket.
A confirmation email (from info@vibrnz.com) will also be sent to your registered email address. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if needed.
Step 12:
Open the email and click “View Ticket.”
Your ticket contains a QR code that must be presented at the registration desk on the day of the event for check-in. In addition, it also shows the names of the participants selected during registration.
A Photo ID is required by BAPS Management to comply with city security regulations and must match the participant name on the ticket for check-in.
Please arrive 45 minutes prior to the start time to account for parking, checking in and walking over to the Havan area.
